The initiator, coordinator and conductor of Hannover Harmony is Michael Godhoff, violin player of the Niedersächsisches Staatsorchester. The group presents entertaining classical music for any kind of special events. Official dinner or evening concert - the well-ripened formation always presents high-class music.

Mr. Godhoff created this ensemble because he sees very few possibilities for companies to get live classical music in the frame of special events. His new concept permits to adapt the program to any kind of event, so that his group can be hired for a musical side-line up to an opera evening. Depending on the event, Hannover Harmony also changes musicians to fit into every situation.

Quality is a very important thing to Mr. Godhoff, and this is the reason why he only recruits the best musicians he knows. It makes sure that the musical niveau is always appropriated to the special occasion.

Since 1995, Hannover Harmony played for many companies as Volkswagen Audi Europa, Sanacorp, Becker's Bester and the Hallbaum Maier & Co Bank.

When he was 11, Michael Godhoff learned violin at the Duisburger Konservatorium vith Hans-Christian Siegert. Three years later, he changed to the Folkwang Music School, and then, to the Music School and the Deutsche Oper am Rhein, both in Duisburg. Whith 22, he moved to Hannover where Oswald Gattermann tought him. Only 18 months later, Michael Godhoff was hired by the Niedersächsisches Staatsorchester in Hannover and got a permanent position there.
